Terms & Service Boundary

Parks Estimating provides remote, contractor-facing Xactimate estimating support. We prepare and review estimates using reports, photos, measurements, scope notes, and other information supplied by the contractor or customer engaging us.

We do not perform field inspections. We do not represent policyholders or other parties in insurance claims, negotiate or settle claims, interpret insurance coverage, act as a public adjuster, provide legal or engineering opinions, determine cause or origin, or guarantee that a carrier or other party will approve an estimate, supplement, scope, price, or payment.

Our estimates depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to us. We may identify missing, unclear, conflicting, or unverified information and request clarification. We do not knowingly invent concealed conditions or material estimating facts. Assumptions and unresolved items should remain visible where they materially affect the estimate.

Pricing, scope, turnaround, revisions, deliverables, payment terms, and customer responsibilities for paid work are governed by the applicable service agreement, service order, proposal, invoice terms, or other written agreement between the customer and Parks Estimating. Website pricing and turnaround statements are general service information and do not override a specific written agreement. Turnaround begins after complete intake and is a target unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Submitting a Request Estimate form does not by itself create an engagement or obligate us to accept a file. We will confirm service fit, price, turnaround, and any required next steps before production work begins.
